Make a homepage for Hearthstone.js

Add to sites/home or something like that.

It should include features, authors, information, and a download page.

  • Figure out if it should be on a different subdomain from #427 and use a static library instead. (E.g hs.example.com, pkg.hs.example.com)
    • Pros:
      • Gives better employer impression if using 2 different libraries. (I show I can do both.)
      • Divides unrelated pages into different websites.
    • Cons:
      • Increased complexity
      • No auth on homepage. (Unsure how much of a problem this is.)

The home site will now also use starlight. Look at https://biomejs.dev/ for reference.
